A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the European Children’s Youth Physical Education Academy (E.C.Y.P.E. Academy), the NGO “Center for Adult Learning and Education ‘South’”, and the Municipal Institution of the Mykolaiv City Council “Mykolaiv Development Agency.”
